Many people want to wait until they are at optimum health or until they fit in those old jeans before they apply, thinking that a better health and build will lower their premiums. Insurance companies release new plans or adjust discounts when they see the need, and when states approve the changes. If you're considering LTC coverage, sooner is almost always better than later.
